We have been writing festival history since 1953…

… which makes us Luxembourg’s oldest festival. We are certainly not resting on our laurels, but are constantly bringing cultural diversity to life. The Festival de Wiltz has established itself as a cosmopolitan brand: Sophisticated theatre and operetta premieres as well as major artists from pop and jazz culture find their venue here, as do avant-garde art formats and national cross-productions that appeal to an intimate setting and appreciate having the Festival de Wiltz at their side as a collaborative partner. In addition to the breathtaking main setting at Wiltz Castle, new locations are constantly being identified for the festival, which also attract new audiences. Wiltz therefore remains a place of encounters and discoveries – and is always worth a visit. Would you have known?
